Diane designed this one. It's a pretty simple cowl that is knit flat, in a strip, and then sewn together. This makes it very easy to choose the length which determines how tight or loose you want it.
It uses a Sport or DK weight yarn. Getting a gauge of 6 sts. to 1" in garter stitch. Finished Measurements are 20" long by 6.5 wide. Again, you can choose your length and thus your fit. We used size 5 and 6 needles. 16" circular.
