Cost: Shared Room with a Suite: $1,300.00.00 per person

            Shared Room w/out Suite: $1,255.00 per person

            Single Room: $1,915.00

 

A 500.00 non-refundable deposit is due upon getting into the retreat. The balance is due one month prior to the start of the retreat and is also non-refundable. 

The Retreat Includes
 -Six Nights Lodging – (with group gathering space and views of the landscape)
- Fifteen Meals (Supper the first night and Breakfast the last morning are NOT included)
-Project Offering hopefully with locally dyed yarns (always optional)

-Guided hikes and tours in the area
-Knitting Fellowship, Relaxation

We encourage new people to attend our retreats. We love to see new faces in our circle. We usually have a nice mix of new and returning knitters. We also welcome any level of knitter. We have people attend that haven't picked up their knitting in 20 years, and they have a great week-end.

During the retreat we allow plenty of time to do your own thing. We like to think of our retreats as "Create Your Own". We offer a variety of choices you can pick and choose from, making the retreat exactly what you want it to be. We bring a tour guide to this retreat. She will offer on and off property hikes, a day trip to a nearby hot spring and more….. Ghost Ranch also offers tours on the property.

Participants are responsible for getting themselves to and from Ghost Ranch. If you are flying, this will include a rental car.

The Lottery

To receive the link to the Lottery Form you will need to sign up for our Newsletter at the bottom of any website page. (Our email list is private and is only used for our Newsletters). You will receive an email with a link to the Lottery Form on the day the Lottery opens at 9:00 am central time.
We try to make this as fair as possible so there are a few rules. 

All Lotteries start on Tuesday at 9:00 am central time and end on Friday (3 days later) at 5:00pm central time. 

Everyone will be notified, by email, the following Monday (3 days later) letting you know if you got into the retreat or not. 

We allow groups of up to four (no more than four) to enter the lottery. We ask that one person from the group enter for everyone. (If more than one person fills out a form for your group, your form will not be accepted). The person that enters for the group needs to enter everyone's name and email address. 

If you don't get into your first choice, feel free to enter the lottery for another retreat, you'll have the same chance of getting into your second choice. 

Ghost Ranch is located 65 miles Northwest of Santa Fe, New Mexico. It is a 21,000 acre retreat center that used to be a cattle ranch. One of Georgia O’Keefe’s houses is located on the property (only used for fundraisers). One of her houses is also in Abiquiu (the closest ‘town’) and can be toured.  

These are the facts about the property. I find it very difficult to explain the ‘magic’ of this place. The landscape is breathtaking. The history is profound, from the dinosaurs to present day. The inspiration is overwhelming.
