Frost Warning is a popular sweater in the shop and is perfect for that first sweater. It's knit in the round from the bottom up in a tube. Then divide for the front and back, knitting flat from the armhole to the neck. The sleeves are picked up from the armhole edge and knit circular to cuff.
This is not a learn to knit class; students should be able to cast on, knit and purl. You will learn to pick up stitches, increase, decrease, and read a chart.

860-1845 yards Worsted weight yarn depending on size (gauge 20st/4 inches)
16” & 32-40” Circular - U.S.Size 7 (Body)
16” & 32-40”Circular – U.S.Size 5 (Ribbing)
