This is a beautiful scarf, knit lengthwise, which makes it easy to adjust the width of the scarf. It uses two to three colors of sock yarn, and a larger needle (5 ish)
The linen stitch can be tedious, but we will only be knitting this scarf on the right side, which eliminates needing to purl the linen stitch, the most tedious part. This class will teach you how to make this scarf, help with color choices if needed, and provide tips and tricks along the way.
This is not a learn to knit project. You should be able to knit, purl, cast on, bind off, increase, decrease and read a pattern.
Please have your yarn and pattern purchased before class if possible.
This class will be taught in person, at the shop, only.
Dates: Thursdays, January 8, 15 and 22. And February 5 and 12 if needed.
Time: 10:00am - 12:00.
Cost: $30.00 does not include pattern or yarn.
Instructor: Anna Shallman
